Pricing

• All Pilates sessions must be paid for upfront and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• All pre-paid packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, after 3 months they will expire and be invalid for use.
• Once a package has been purchased you must use it for the purpose it was purchased for, packages can not be altered after they have been purchased.

Cancellations

• 24 hours cancellation notice is required prior to commencement of the session you have booked in for (via phone call) for all sessions or the session will be forfeited.

• Pilates Floor/Matt classes run in terms of 8 weeks, the term must be paid for upfront and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You must attend the day/time you have signed up for.
• If you are unable to attend a class during the term you have signed up for, the class will be forfeited unless you can make it up during the same week (given there is availability). 

Health and Safety

• All clients must have a Pilates Initial Consultation before attending any Pilates sessions, this includes Pilates Matt Classes.

• If you have any chronic conditions or injuries you will require written approval from your GP to attend any Pilates sessions.
  

 Hygiene Policy

• Clean socks must be worn at all times in the Pilates studio, please ensure you have a shower before coming and refrain from wearing makeup and strong scents.
